1. Service Overview

Qonso (hereinafter “the Service”) is an online platform enabling users to earn points by logging their water consumption, participating in referral programs, and occasionally responding to surveys.

The Service is provided by Qonso.

Access to and use of the Service are governed by these Terms of Use (hereinafter “ToU”). By accessing the Service, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all the provisions below.

2. Access to the Service

Registration : To use Qonso, users must provide personal information (name, email address, etc.) and, for each water consumption:

Upload a photo of their glass or bottle of water,

Indicate the volume consumed,

Validate the consumption to earn points.

3. Minimum Age

The Service is restricted to adults (18 years of age or older), in accordance with the laws of their country of residence.

4. Accuracy of Information

Users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. Qonso reserves the right to suspend or delete any account with misleading or incomplete data.

5. Required Equipment

Access to the Service requires an internet connection and a compatible device. All costs (subscription, device, etc.) are borne by the user.

6. Points and Referral Program

Water Consumption Points : Each validated water consumption grants 5 points. All submitted information must be truthful and reflect actual consumption.

7. Rewards

Rewards are granted within 30 days after points are validated. Points and rewards are non-transferable, except with Qonso’s explicit authorization.

8. Verification and Fraud

Qonso reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submissions. Any fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension or deletion, as well as forfeiture of accumulated points.

9. Reward Levels

Description : Users can redeem their points for rewards, such as:

Level 1: 5,000 points → Mobile credit top-up

Level 2: 10,000 points → Shopping voucher

Level 3: 20,000 points → Ticket for a cinema, concert, or other cultural event

10. Reward Availability

Rewards are offered subject to funding capacity and may vary depending on Qonso’s partnerships.

11. Delivery Time

Once a reward level is reached and the request is validated, the reward is delivered within 30 days, unless special circumstances arise.

12. Changes to Rewards

Qonso may modify, suspend, or remove any reward or its conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Surveys

Voluntary Participation : Qonso may occasionally offer surveys. Users are free to participate or not, without affecting their use of the Service.

Data Collection : Survey responses may be anonymized or associated with users’ accounts, in accordance with Qonso’s Privacy Policy.

Additional Points : If surveys grant points, the exact conditions will be specified at the time they are offered.

14. Intellectual Property

Content : The text, images, logos, graphics, and software of Qonso are protected by intellectual property rights.

License : Qonso grants users a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license for strictly private use.

15. Personal Data

Collection : Qonso collects personal data (name, email, photos, etc.) to manage the allocation of points, verify water consumption, and distribute rewards.

Use : Data is processed to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, perform statistics, and improve user experience.

Compliance : Qonso is committed to respecting applicable data protection laws. Users can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) by contacting Qonso at contact@qonso.app.

16. Advertising

Funding Model : The Service is partially funded by advertisements displayed on the Qonso platform.

Liability : Qonso is not responsible for the content of advertisements or any third-party websites they may link to.

User Interaction : Clicking on ads is optional and does not confer any additional benefits unless explicitly stated.

17. Liability

Service Availability : Qonso strives to ensure continuous operation of the Service but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability : Qonso shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

18. Amendments to the ToU

Changes : Qonso may amend these ToU at any time (legal, technical, or commercial updates).

Notification : Users will be informed of major changes through appropriate means (notification, email, etc.). Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the updated ToU.

19. Termination

By the User : Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting Qonso.

By Qonso : Qonso may suspend or terminate an account if these ToU are violated or fraud is detected.

Consequences : Termination results in the deletion of the account and forfeiture of unused points.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law : These ToU are governed by the laws of the country where Qonso is established.

Disputes : In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact Qonso first for an amicable resolution. Failing that, the competent courts in Qonso’s jurisdiction have exclusive authority.
